Product Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. In accordance with these warranty terms and conditions, free repair service is provided for damage caused by defective materials or workmanship within one year after the purchase of the Product. Any defective or additional components replaced or removed from such products during repair or replacement belong to Wisdom Well Technology Ltd. Even if Wisdom Well Technology Ltd repairs the Product, the original one-year warranty period of the Product will not be extended.
  2. The repair service includes labor costs and replacement of all parts necessary for the normal operation of the above products.
  3. When customers request any repair service (including accessory repair service), they must present the original invoice issued in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for verification.
  4. In the following circumstances, this warranty does not apply and the Product will not be provided with any repair service:
    • (a) The Product is used in conjunction with products (including but not limited to unauthorized game accessories, adapters, power plugs, computer programs, pirated discs, etc.) that are not sold or licensed for use by Wisdom Well Technology Ltd, or other products that are incompatible with the Product;
    • (b) Unauthorized use of the Product for commercial purposes (including rental), or any cracking, disassembly, modification, alteration or tampering or other processing by unauthorized persons or companies (such as repair by unauthorized persons or companies);
    • (c) Damage to the Product due to natural disasters, improper use, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, unreasonable use or other reasons unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;
    • (d) The serial number of the Product is altered, damaged, tampered with or deleted. If the original warranty seal on the Product console is damaged or torn off, the Product is deemed to have been modified or tampered with; or
    • (e) Use of the Product violates the terms of any system software usage agreement.
    • (f) Scratches, dents, other cosmetic damage or reasonably foreseeable damage caused by general wear and tear;
  5. This warranty applies only to authorized products sold and purchased in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region with the local "1-Year Free Warranty" laser sticker. This warranty does not apply to parallel import products (grey market goods). Parallel import products will not receive any repair support services.
  6. If the Product has built-in and/or external media storage devices, this warranty does not apply to the stored data in the built-in or external media storage devices. If customers need to repair built-in or external media storage devices, customers are responsible for backing up all stored data in the built-in or external media storage devices before repair.
  7. If customers need to repair this Product, customers are responsible for sending it to the customer service center. After repair is completed, customers must also pick it up from the same location.
  8. To fulfill the warranty obligations under these warranty terms and conditions, we may unilaterally decide to repair the Product and restore its configuration to meet the standards of the product's original design and factory specifications, or replace it with a refurbished product of equivalent quality. In any case, the system software of the Product (or refurbished replacement) may be updated to the latest version. Customers cannot request to retain or install the original system software version on or before the repair request date.
  9. This warranty service applies to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (all licensed products) and cannot be used to replace the manufacturer's limited warranty certificate (tourist warranty certificate).
  10. If there are any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these warranty service terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. These warranty terms and conditions are based on and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  11. Wisdom Well Technology Ltd reserves the right to change this warranty or related repair service terms and conditions without prior notice.
