Customer
should keep the official copy of the invoice |
| 2. |
Proof
of purchase and valid warranty card shall be produced for warranty
service. Such proof of purchase must be an original invoice containing
the name of dealer, serial number, the model and the date of purchase. |
| 3. |
This
warranty will be voided if the product has been repaired, altered,
tempered by any person other than the technical or service agent of
the Company or damaged by input of improper voltage, misuse, negligence,
accident or natural calamities, replacement of cover panels, plugs
and connectors are to be charged at cost. |
| 4. |
The
On-site services are not provided. In case workshop service is necessary,
the customer will be responsible for delivering the equipment to the
maintenance center. |
| 5. |
This
guarantee certificate and the purchase invoice should be shown when
service is rendered. This certificate will not be re-issued. |
| 6. |
This
guarantee certificate is valid in the Hong Kong SAR of China and
Macau only. |
| 7. |

Well Technology Ltd. Reserve all rights to amend the warranty conditions
without further notices. |
